Xfinity Mobile Gift Card Returned by USPS as Undeliverable
I recently checked the status of my gift card at the rewards center website and it says the gift card was returned. I think what happened was the gift card was sent to my old billing address instead of my current service address. I've already updated my billing address to be the same as my service address over chat. Could an employee help me with getting the gift card sent out again to the right address?
