XFINITY shut my phone off after granting me an arrangement

Hello I set up a payment arrangement to pay on 10/8. I was insured by two reps that my phone would not be shut off, yet now it is. I have screen shots of the reps telling me me service will remain active. I tried calling today and was transferred to disaster relief for some reason and put on hold for over an hour only to be hung up on. Please restore services to my phone immediately or I even file a complaint.
