I’ve been trying to switch to xfinity mobile but having nothing but problems. You sent the package via fed ex and require. Signature. I got my tracking number but it hasn’t updated since it was shipped. I’ve been sitting at home waiting for the package for 4 days now. I called and was told I would get a call back but nothing. I tried chatting with support and they tell me my package was delivered Saturday per fed ex but the site shows it’s in TN and I’m in California. Then they try to tell me it’s due to covid or call fed ex. I called fedex and they were no help. They tell me to call the sender. Talk about a run around. The worse of the worse!! You can’t help me and you already wasted a lot of my time and effort.!! Maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t switch since you have horrible service..
I get an email telling me to activate my device and my billing has started but I still don’t have my SIM card.. wow!! They have yet to respond to my emails or phone calls. It takes 4-6 hrs to talk to a rep and your online support can’t do anything. They keep telling me I need to call. You should be ranked last in customer service. No joke!
