I placed an order for 2 galaxy 10 plus phones. I verified my current address with the representative and verified that it would be shipped to my CURRENT address. She verbally verified the shipping address. Now I look at the email and the phones are being shipped to my OLD address. WHY????? WHERE IS GOOD, THOROUGH, CORRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I go to my job and to it correctly. I don't go and call patients by the wrong name or send their prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy!!!!! Simple good customer service is very hard to find. Especially when dealing with cable, internet or mobile. WHY? They still take our MONEY.
