I activated new phone in June of 2019 and was eligible for a $250 rewards card. Rebate center says it was shipped Sep 29 and then says returned. Never received the card. Can it be shipped again?
Have tried to reach the customer number multiple times and always gets the message ' higher than usual call volume'. Never get the call back either even after scheduling it. Please advice who can help here
The reward center sometimes does not include the additional information in an address (such as the apartment #), and that is why it gets returned.
When you call, you will usually hear an option to have them call you back later. It will be a few hours later, but it is less of a hassle.

When you get an opportunity, I’ll need you to send me a private message by clicking on my name ComcastChrisL, which will take you to my profile page. From there you’ll see a blue ‘send message’ button.
In your private message please include your first and last name, the full service address, the mobile number, and the last 4 digits of the stored payment method on file. Also, please let me know what Visa card promotion you qualified for. Once I authenticate the account, I will do the needed research.
