Visa reward card never received

I activated new phone in June of 2019 and was eligible for a $250 rewards card. Rebate center says it was shipped Sep 29 and then says returned. Never received the card. Can it be shipped again?

 

Have tried to reach the customer number multiple times and always gets the message ' higher than usual call volume'. Never get the call back either even after scheduling it. Please advice who can help here

The reward center sometimes does not include the additional information in an address (such as the apartment #), and that is why it gets returned.

 

When you call, you will usually hear an option to have them call you back later. It will be a few hours later, but it is less of a hassle.

I'm having the same issue. Activated mobile service end of July 2019 and qualified for a $400 visa gift card. The website said gift card was sent 10-15-19, never received it. I called Nov 22, 2019, they said they showed that the card was shipped but inactive. They reissued another card, wait 7 to 10 business days they said. Still haven't received it. I called. The reward center was closed, so i called xfinity to try to get some answers after an hour on the phone. They opened a ticket and my excepted call back for that ticket is december 12?!? Are they joking? Starting to think this is a scam just to get new customers to sign up. I'm not a satisfied customer.

Thank you for taking the time to create this thread on the Xfinity Forum.  We greatly appreciate your time and patience, and my apologies for the delay in receiving your rewards cards.  I am more than happy to provide assistance.

 

When you get an opportunity, I’ll need you to send me a private message by clicking on my name ComcastChrisL, which will take you to my profile page.  From there you’ll see a blue ‘send message’ button.

 

In your private message please include your first and last name, the full service address, the mobile number, and the last 4 digits of the stored payment method on file.  Also, please let me know what Visa card promotion you qualified for.  Once I authenticate the account, I will do the needed research.
