Upgrading fully paid device to the new Galaxy Note 20 for $400 prepaid card

I was trying to upgrade one of the 5 fully paid device to the new Galaxy Note 20 on the XFINITY web site, but for some reason, its not going through. It displays some dialog saying I am allowed only 5 lines. But I am not getting new line. I am only upgrading my device and keeping the number.

Am I eligible to upgrade the device and qualify for the $400 prepaid card or not?

Try again as follows:

Goto the device

Select Pay in Full

Select Select Device

Select Replace Device On existing line

and so on.          Good luck!

Nope. Upgrades must go with the prepaid cards.

XM rarely offers any deals on upgrades, and when they have in the past you usually had to go to an Xfinity Store and then they only had the highest priced versions available if anything was available.

No option to pay in 24 equal monthly payments to be eligible for the $400 prepaid card?
