Unusually high data usage. Does not match phone data usage for past 3 months

All the sudden using a ton of data. Xfinity data usage does not match phone data usage. 3rd cycle this has happened. Called about this 3 months ago and problem not resolved

Same goes here. Prior to covid this high use was expected. But I work primarily from home over my own xfinity wifi and I have not had outage issues. My phone data tracking is currently 1.5 Gigs but xfinity says I'm at 5.89.
