Unlock codes sent did not work
I was sent 3 unlock codes for my 3 devices. The emails sent did not identify which device they were for. I tried the 3 codes on my phone and they did not work, I tried 2 more times and am locked out now. I'm told I have to wait 48 to 72 hours to get new codes sent. When I originally called, the emails were sent while I was still talking with Xfinity. I am without a phone at this point and so disgusted that I want to leave them. Customer service is the worst.
