Anyone have an issue where they replace line option is greyed out? I have one pre order in for the 12 Pro that was placed on launch day (Still on Back Order) and when I try to pre order this phone, the replace device option is greyed out. All they have is add a line. The option was there a few days ago with the 12 Pro. Are they blocking exisitng customers from upgrading? Really makes no sense.
Their phone hold time is 2 hours!
EDIT: I got the order to go through. Now I have another issue. My previous pre order cannot be viewed. It has a $0 amount and won't let me look at it but my order from today can be looked it. Really odd.
