Unable to port out

Hi
I am ported to XM with 2 lines using BYOD. Now I wanted to move out of XM as no more able to keep xfinity internet.
But every time my other provider getting invalid account number error when they try to port my number.
I tried with 2 different provider both getting same error.
Also tried with Xfinity mobile account number and internet account number still same error.
I had call with agent every they said account number is correct.
