I tried to log into my xifinity mobile account through iPhone, PC, iPad, but I get this error: Are you the primary account holder? Use different sign in.
I am the primary account holder. I do have another linked account, but still the primary on my original account. I tried deleting app, clearing cache/websites, changed password and nothing is working. I've been on calls lasting total of 3 hours and no one can help me. As I am typing this, still on hold, transferred to mobile department. I tried unlinking my account and that's not working either. Help!
Ok, after total of 4 hours, I finally figured out it was related to my linked accounts. My email and phone number was on both accounts of which my husband is the owner of the other one (for my college kids). After finally reviewing my 1 year usage, we switched to 10g/month shared data and saved $15 per month! So, something positive came out of this issue!
