Trying to figure out how to trigger a "credit check" so we can add more lines

Greetings!

 

After being an Xfinity Mobile customer for > 1 yr we are looking to add an additional line to our plan. We are currently at 5 of 10 but can't add another line until the system performs a "credit check" which no one seems to be able to trigger.

 

I have worked with Xfinity Mobile chat, Xfinity Mobile phone support and have even visited an Xfinity store and worked with both a local rep and their dedicated phone support without any luck.

 

As an Xfinity Mobile customer for > 1 yr and an Xfinity customer for > 20 with 800+ credit it doesn't feel like it should be this hard to trigger a "credit check".

 

If feel like our account is "stuck", possibly as 5 lines was the maximum when we original joined Xfinity Mobile.

 

I was refererred here by one of the moderators on the Reddit /r/Comcast_Xfinity forum.

 

Am really hoping someone can help 🙂
