Trouble Setting Up VVM

Hi there,

I recently moved from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile. I had an Android phone with my 0370 line while on Verizon, but that Android wasn’t compatible with Xfinity, so I switched the number over to a compatible iPhone SE 1st generation already in my possession.

After successfully setting up the iPhone with the 0370 number (service is good, calls come through, etc.), I’ve found that VVM is not working. There is no option to set it up. The only option available when I go to the voicemail tab is to “Call Voicemail”.

Is there an Xfinity agent who can reset this for me? I’ve read that others have had this same problem when switching from an Android to an Apple device.
