This is what I gather from what you are telling me; you have one XM account, and you want to create a new XM account with a new device then have us port/transfer your existing XM number to the new account, is that correct?
If this is what you mean, currently we are unable to transfer existing XM numbers from one account to another. Know that we are continually assessing our features in order to offer our customers more flexibility.
