Thank you Xfinity Mobil Customer Service Rep - Lucy!!!!

Just wanted to publically thank Lucy (from a city in Texas) who MADE by day and week.    And if any Supervisor, Manager or District Manager could recognize her it would be GREAT!!     She helped to change the "randomly assigned" phone number I was assigned,   and walked me through the steps to do it.   The previous holder of the phone number must have encoutered some legal issues, financial issues, and a couple of law enforcement issues - as the voice messages being left and texts I received were eye opening...   Anyway, thanks to Lucy's expertise, wonderful sense of humor, and patience   - my number has changed and cruddy messages and voicemails and calls have stopped.
