I understand you are not able to receive messages from Android devices only. I can certainly help with some troubleshooting to see if we can get this taken care of. I have some questions regarding this issue.
How long have you been having this issue for? Is it only texts from one number or several? Do you know if the sender is using the updated chat messaging for androids (Android 10 RSC)? Have you’ve already completed any troubleshooting on your end? If so, what has been completed this far?
