Regarding your question, we are currently in a testing phase for a direct contact number for our Xfinity stores. This is taking place in select markets in hopes of implementing the access to all locations.
As of now, visiting the store/s is the only available way to determine if the iPad model that you want is in stock. Know that we are continually assessing the services on offer to our customers. My apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused.
