Switch Xfinity S7 to another phone number?

I just upgraded to an S10 and I would like to reactivate my S7 with a different phone number. How do I do that?

Thank you for letting us know what you are needing help with. I’m happy to assist. We can activate your S7 on a new number as a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) service line.


When you get an opportunity, send me a private message with the first and last name of the account holder, the account number, and the last 4 digits of the stored payment method on file.  You can send me a private message by clicking on my name ComcastChrisL and on my profile page you will see the send message button. 


Once I authenticate your account, I’ll gain access to the details and take it from there.  I’ll remain in touch with you with any needed follow-up.
