Showing Incorrect High Data Usage, Texts not going through

I logged in to my account to pay my bill the other day and it showed very low usage - less than 4 days ago.  Now it is saying I've used 196 gb and throttling my iphones.  My account shows only 22 gb used between two phones and I cannot use my phone for texts and even some calls.  Not sure what is going on but they need to fix it.  Is anyone else having the same problems and how do I contact them?   They no longer show phone numbers on the website.
