Samsung Note 10 suddenly poor signal strength

Samsung Note 10 suddenly poor signal strength

I have the new Samsung note 10 that i litteraly got less than a month ago and everything was working fine this morning until a few hours ago and suddenly my signal went from 4 bars to barely 1 at times and now I can't connect to anything and mind you I've been sitting at my desk all morning so my locaiton has not changed. 


Please help!
