When will Xfinity Mobile push the Samsung ultrasonic fingerprint bypass fix?

Hi biogon, thank you for reaching out to us through the Xfinity Mobile Forum. We have received notification about when the fix is going out. Keep in mind, the service provider is not generating the solution for this.
The solution is coming from the device manufacturer. The fix process started rolling out on Tuesday the 22nd specifically for the S10. We have yet to receive information when the fix will be implemented for the Note 10 devices.
Users of these devices have now started receiving notifications for the app update. This will improve the fingerprint and face recognition features of your device. Once you receive the notification ensure you are accepting the update. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
