Restocking fee

Service is really pathetic...I ordered a new connection with a new phone and it did not work for few days after geting my order...I call custmer care several times and went to xfinity store twice and no one could able to resolve my issue and finally I had t oreturn my phone.  I dont see my fault in this whole process except ordering xfinity mobile connection. Now representive did not have any answer except saying that we have to charge restocking fee.
