I'm currently having the same issue. Was this ever resolved?

Ordered a sim online & they tied that sim to my imei number, but I never received the sim since it was stolen from my porch. Now I can't get anywhere with it, because the stores won't give me a sim because it won't activate. Yet customer service line can't activate without a sim

Thanks for posting, Truckerjy. Hmm, this is quite the predicament. Have you reached out to XM support yet? I am guessing the next best option is to cancel out the activation altogether and resend a new sim card.
