I signed up for Xfinity mobile in May 2018. I just realized I have never received my prepaid Visas. I believe they were for bringing my own phones? I opened the account on May 10 & added another line shortly after.
Who should I contact? Is it too late??

On the home page of the website, click on Status Lookup. Use either the Billing info for your account of your 16-digit Xfinity account number to lookup the status.
If you completed the qualification process successfully, and the website indicates that we mailed the card, but you don’t have it, I can investigate this further.
