Porting in phone number from NumberBarn
I purchased a phone number with NumberBarn yesterday that I would like to port in my XM account. One Xfinity said that she cannot complete the port in because my IMEI is associated with two numbers - which it shouldn’t be. I call another rep who says he can port it the new number and assures me that it will be ported it within 30 minutes.....it never happened. I still have my original number. I email NumberBarn and they say they never got a port request for that number. Any help? I also believe the number I’m trying to port in is a landline/wireline number, if that makes a difference.
