Pixel 2 Not Compatible for BYOD?

When I checked to see if mine was compatible it said it was not even though the website says Pixels are. My original Pixel is compatible though. This does not make sense. Amy thoughts?

I am not sure why I have not gotten a response from Comcast. I am disappointed that the Pixel 2 fails the compatible test when it is a Google unlocked phone that works perfectly on Verizon. Any help?

I'm in the same boat with my brand new Google Pixel 3a, unlocked, straight from the Google Store. The IMEI won't validate, and even XM tier 2 support says "it's not a Verizon phone," which is impossible because the Pixel 3a runs on all networks.

Verizon's own IMEI checker validates it and offers to let me activate it. Crazy.

I don't get it. Their system is not correct because mine came from Verizon originally. I got the same run around saying it is not a Verizon phone.

An employee has asked me to contact them directly in the thread I started; I have done so. Something's wrong on the XM backend. They did just add Pixel support for BYOD, so this frustration isn't a surprise.
