I contacted Xfinity before and they gave me a number to dial after the 6th dropped call. Did NOT work and it's to the point now I can barely get through a short conversation. I've tried different areas in the home, etc. Extremely frustrated. Price good but it's becoming worthless.
Your problem may be with WiFi Calling not working properly on your phone. Does it work okay without WiFi Calling enabled?
1.) Make sure that you have the latest Xfinity Mobile software on your phone (Xfinity Mobile 41.0).
2.) Make sure that your phones latest software is installed on your phone.
3.) See the latest posts on WiFi Calling.
This is happening to me and my wife. Neither one of us uses WiFi calling, and the same issue happens in many locations even with good signal strength. We cannot call each other, or call out to other people. It is getting very frustrating. The phone worked fine when I first got it, but now it is dropping incoming and outgoing calls all of the time.
I just got dropped twice in a 30 minutes call. Never had this problem with any other wireless carriers before. The wifi calling is disabled in my iPhone (xfinity is also my wifi provider and wifi is unstable too).
I have 2 iPhones - 1 personal and 1 work. Personal is iPhone 11 and work is iPhone 7. Both on Verizon and our Verizon signal is not strong enough in and around the house (and neighborhood) for me to not use Wi-Fi calling as I am working more from home now. Neither phone will last more than 5 minutes on a call while I am in my house on WiFi before dropping. That is both on incoming and outgoing calls. I have 3 pod WiFi extenders in the house and 1 is in the office I am working in and still constantly get dropped calls. I cannot find a solution and really at a stand still at this point. Intermittent dropped internet
