The beginning of August, I paid for my phone bill. Everything was fine. Then, I decided to get both my girls a phone and plan. After that, I got an email saying I didn’t pay for my phone and they were disconnecting it. Which they did. They also disconnected my girls phones, which I paid for! I paid for all 3! The told me I didn’t pay for them. But I looked it up on my bank statement and they were all there! I can’t make any calls now. I am really mad this is happening. I don’t know what to do.
