Hello. I just signed up for Xfinity mobile and am shocked that visual voicemail is apparently a no go for iPhones.
I have made three contacts to customer service and, after very extended conversations, plus being placed on hold multiple times, I have received no solution from Xfinity. In fact, after my last 1 hour conversation with a customer service representative, I was told to terminate the call and she would call back in 5 minutes. That was 3 days ago. No call back.
I had planned to move all of my family members iPhones to Xfinity, but if this issue is not solved very promptly, I will terminate my subscription to this service.
Has any iPhone user gotten the promised visual voicemail feature to work? if yes, how?
