New iPhone 11’s in xfinity stores

First off, I can’t stand companies treating new customers better than existing customers, especially customers of 15 years. That needs to either be reversed, or on the same level. I can’t stand the fact that I’ve been an existing customer of Comcast for so long, and I can’t preorder my iPhone to get ahead of the curve because I’m an existing xfinity mobile customer. I only can go on launch day to the stores to do the upgrade. But anyways, does anyone know of xfinity will physically have the new iPhones in stock on launch day (9/20/19)? Or will they have to set up everything and it would have to be shipped to me? (god willing they have any left! - hence my preorder rant)

Today is iPhone 11 Launch Day.  I went to my Xfinity store early in the AM and they did not have ANY 256gb iPhone 11's - of any kind.  They did not know when they would get them in, and you could not "pre-order" inside the store.  Only from your computer.  The estimated delivery time was in October ;-(

 

I went to the Apple Store at the Mall - waited in an organized line for maybe 35 minutes and walked out with 2 new iPhone 11 Pros w/256gb storage.  I am now setting them up on my Xfinity account.  Xfinity seems to want to blame Apple for this - I just think it's poor supply chain management.

I feel your frustration. I preordered iPhone 11 for October 4 delivery. On launch day same phone was listed as in stock, ready to ship.
