New Xfinity Smartphone Eligibility

NewWhen am I eligible to replace my Xfinity LG Stylo 5 with the newer LG G8 ThinQ??  I've called numerous times & waited on holds 30-4 minutes with no one to talk to.

I can't get ahold of anyone on the terlephone. Last call said thousands of hours before someome would answer my call.  Seriously????  Help please.  Thanx
