New Xfinity Mobile related question
I’m an exiting Xfinity Mobile customer, and planning to buy a new iPhone Pro Max through Xfinity.
Quick question - I’m likely to relocate to another place, and in such scenario, what happens if that place doen’t have Xfinity as internet service provider? How would my Xfinity plan or price would impact because of that.
Also, last year when I bought a new iPhone through Xfinity, I received a one-time Gift Debit card, but now it seems Xfinity is giving credit back. Is there an option to receive an one-time Debit card for a new phone that I plan to buy through Xfinity?

Hello santoshkmhatre,
Thanks again for reaching back out to us through the Xfinity Forum. I’ll assist with pleasure.
If or when you re-locate and the area in which you move into isn’t in the Comcast service footprint, you’ll see a $20 Line Access Fee on your bill for not having an active residential high-speed internet account with Comcast.
Secondly, as of now we don’t have new promotions for existing customers. The current promotions entail starting a new line of service and transferring an existing number from another service provider. You’ll be able to locate all current promos through XfintiyMobile.com.
My sincerest apology for this. We are aware of the situation and have made recommendations to enact new promotions for existing customers. I hope that soon enough, we’ll have something available.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Sincerely,
Chris

Thanks for responding.
$20 Line access per connection/line? Me and my wife both have Xfinity mobile.

Hello santoshkmhatre,
The $20-line access fee is per mobile line of service and depends on whether the customer has a Comcast high speed Internet residential account. Without Comcast high speed Internet postpaid residential services (pre-paid Internet service does not qualify), each mobile line of service will be assessed a $20-line access fee charge. Let me know if this answers your question.
