New Galaxy S20 Unlocked

I just purchased a new Galaxy S20 Unlocked from Best Buy on 9/18/2020 and it will not let me use it on Xfinity Mobile says it not compatible. I thought they were thats why I got it ..I’m in Aurora, CO has anyone else run into this. Do I need to return my phone?
