My first question is in regard to your Comcast Xfinity residential high-speed internet account. Have you recently downgraded speeds or disconnected the service altogether? In order to access the Xfinity wifi hotspots, even the unsecured signal, you’ll need an active in-home high-speed account with Comcast.
Also, if you downgraded to a lower speed, that will also impact access. If you’ve maintained the same level of internet service with Comcast, please refer to the link below for additional troubleshooting steps;
