My New IPhone SE doesn’t work

I just received the phone today. I’m incommunicado since 4pm. CSR told me within 2 hours your phone should be working. Hey I need my phone working ASAP! How can I call 911 or someone without service. I don’t have another line. I’m so disappointed and upset with Xfinity Mobile. Someone take action please.
