 I think I got a virus I tried hard to starting it So many times and restoring at through the apps and it would not factory restore  I got a fix now but I couldn't get any help from Xfinity I called like 7 times and 1 day I finally think I got the phone good again but I don't know if I did get a hacker if it's still on there or not
