Hey, many thanks for taking the time to post. I’m happy to assist. As of now, we do not support the Moto G7 Power through our BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) program. It may be that inserting the active SIM card from your broken LG will result in device and service functionality.
Using a device that is not the official phone assigned to the mobile number will prevent you from making changes to your service plan. Additionally, we are unable to guarantee service in these types of situations.
