Mobile phone reward center

I bought 2 phones . I shopped around for promotions. I seen Xfinity had a good promotion. Now I being denied my reward card. They keep giving me the run around. I kept my part of the deal I was looking forward to my reward cards. I even calculated on calenders and now it's just the run around. I don't don't want understand how you'll can ask for payments and so on but you'll won't keep your word. Now there telling me I have to wait more days for for the ticket people to call me. This is something easy to fix and Everytime I call it's something else I'm really disappointed how you'll are carrying ur end if the deal but I have to keep my word of it will mess up my credit
