My iPhone 11 on Xfinity Mobuile network would drop the call every time its duration hit 30 minutes. I checked the settings on the phone and did see any that has to do with call duration, so I suspect it's an issue/limitation with the carrier. Does anyone encounter this issue? How do you get around it? Thanks.
I am also having the same issue and spent a LOT of time on the phone with tech support, but they can't seem to figure it out. This was on my iPhone 8 Plus. I just got the iPhone 11 and they sent a new SIM card, but the same thing is happening.
Also, my voicemail is not set up on my phone and the specialist couldn't figure it out either. I'm beyond frustrated now that we are working from home.
I have the same issue. After I've been on the phone awhile - my phone will just drop the call. It's very frustrating. I haven't reported it yet - I was hoping it would just go away. But I am going to have to report it.
