Mixed answers regarding return of Xfinity Mobile phone
I called around 4 times to ask if I could port out my number first then return the phone and every person I spoke to from Xfinity Mobile told me yes that I could do that. Now today I spoke to someone to start the return and she told me that she would send me a return label to my email address. After an hour has passed, I called back again today because I didn't receive the return label and this time the person told me that in order to return the phone I have to start the return first and then port out. Before I got off the phone with him he gave me a case number and told me that it's got to get approval first and then I will get the return label if it's approved and that it will take about 2-3 days to make a decision. I only have about 2 days left to return the phone and honestly I am very frustrated with the last interaction I had because I personally feel that I shouldn't have to pay for the mixed answers I got.
