Is there any problem upgrading if your old phone was a BYOD?
I began service with Xfinity 2 years ago by transferring an iPhone from Verizon and want to upgrade that phone now. Is it just as simple as ordering a new one online from xfinity? The reason why I ask is because I thought I remembered reading issues with that on here a while ago, but hopefully that has been resolved or I am mistaken.
