I am trying to get my two iphones unlocked. I was waiting on hold for 55 minutes earlier in the day, but then my phone died. Been on hold now for 1 hour and 4 minutes, and it says my wait time is still "greater than 60 minutes" which is the same thing it has been saying for over an hour. This is ridiculous. Is there any way to get this done?
What time does the call center close? I saw somebody else here say that when they close, it doesn't tell you and just keeps you on hold.
I have always had good success completing my unlock requests via chat on the xfinity mobile account page.
