Is the Samsung Galaxy S9 truly "Out of stock"?

I would like to switch our two phones from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile.
I've been very happy with my Samsung Galaxy S7, so I'd like something similar, which seems to be the Galaxy S9.
It shows as "Out of stock" whenever I check the Xfinity Mobile page https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/shop?category=device ...which has been its status for months.
Now I see that the Galaxy S9 is eligible for the new "$300 savings" promotion - but it's still "Out of stock"!
Is there a technical problem with my browser?
I can't believe that Xfinity would list an "Out of stock" phone on its page for months and months.

I withdraw the (unanswerable) question.
I went to an Xfinity store today, where a helpful salesman ordered a pair of Galaxy S10e phones for me.
They'll ship to my home; I'll bring them back to the store to complete the transfer from Verizon Wireless.
