A FedEx driver just tried to get me to sign for an empty iPhone box. I now have no phone, no empty box and FedEx has no response but we will look into it. This is beyond outrageous. The driver said he got the box like that, and only had TWO packages in his van. How on earth can that be acceptable???
This company is fraudulent and tried to hold consumers liable for the mis-action of their fraudulent carrier partner who is either stealing and/or losing phone people are paying money for and when you try and get your money refunded and account cancelled they make excuses as to why they can't do something but claim they have top rated customer service.
GARBAGE I'LL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING XFINITY MOBILE EVER AGAIN.
