Just got my Iphone 12 pro max on 11/18. I've always had great service with xfinity. But with this new Iphone is a differnt story. At least 3 times daily my phone will say "no service" and the only way to fix this is to toggle airplane mode on and off or restart the phone. I called apple, they took me through some steps that did not correct the issue. I'm now reading on reddit, 100s of people experencing this issue. This is scary because it could be hardware issue and only have 14 days to return the phone. Not sure if I should wait it out for a software update or return.
