I ordered a silver iPhone 11 Pro 512GB on September 13 at 8:30 AM EST, just 30 minutes after Pre-orders opened up. When I placed the order it said delivery on the 20th, but I just got an email stating that my phone has been delayed and have been given no other info as to when the ship date may be. I have always ordered through Apple in the past (I was with Verizon) and they are very clear on shipping and order status. I find it frustrating that there is very little info on the order status through Xfinity Mobile. Has anyone ordered early as I did and received info on shipping?
I received an email today letting me know that the phone would be delayed a “few days” and got 2 movie tickets for my trouble. That is certainly nice, I just wish I knew what is a “few days”. It still sounds like I will have to be at home to take delivery and not being able to plan makes it a pain in the you know what! Regardless, I am excited to get the phone...in “a few days’!
I ordered a space grey 512GB iphone 11 pro at 5:30 PST and originally scheduled to recieve it on Friday 20 September. I too got the very uninformative email
Our apologies, but order #XXXXXXXXX is delayed by a few days. You'll get a shipment-confirmation email with your FedEx tracking information two days prior to delivery.
No explanation either. Went by local Xfinity store and found no helpful answers either. I should have just bought it directly from Apple. I feel your pain.
I was disappointed buying it from Apple was not an option. I'm in the iPhone Upgrade Program with Apple, and when I got in for the pre-order Friday, the choices were only the big 4 carriers, and the Verizon one required a 4-digit PIN, which was not the 6-digit one you can request from the XM website. The "Unlocked and SIM-Free" version was not eligible for the program so you could only pay the full amount up front. I had to switch over to XM website and buy it, and I'll have to sell my XS to pay off the IUP loan. Order went in at 5:17AM. No correspondence as of yet. 🤞🏼
Placed order on 14th for midnight green pro max 256 gb. Delivery by date still shows 9/20 but haven't receieved any emails or shipment alerts. Called them this morning and was told it's on track but hasn't shipped yet.
In the past, they have shipped out of Texas so I guess they don't need a large amount of time for shipping. Unlike Apple that ships out of china. The charge dropped of my debit card and hasn't been charged again yet.
We understand the excitement and anticipation for the newest Apple iPhone, and we are working diligently to complete all orders as quickly as possible. The devices cannot be delivered before Friday 9/20/2019. As of today, we are sending out emails with tracking information for when to expect the device with order tracking details. If you did receive a delay notification, we are in the process of fulfilling and shipping all orders as soon as more devices become available.

UPDATE: I got an email with a FedEx shipping number yesterday, still says that it is in Ft Worth TX as of today, but an expected delivery by 8PM tomorrow. Although I am more used to the purchase through Apple, this has not been a bad experience, just a little vague.
I pre-ordered an Iphone 11 Pro - Midnight Green (256) in an Xfinity store on Friday 09/13/19 morning. I later received an email that the shipping will be delayed, but it did not give an idea of how long. Can you help me get an idea of when I will get my phone, or should I go in person and just pick it up?
Update: I just received the Tracking email - indicating the phone should arrive by Noon tomorrow!
