I can’t cancel my line.

Whenever I got to figure out how to cancel my current phone number or plan I get told to do so through the app. When I go to cancel my line through the app it tells me to contact them through a text conversation. When I enter anything into the conversation it ask for my zip code - I enter my zip code and it repeats the same message. I am physically unable to cancel any form of line with xfinity due to lack of customer agents.

You really need to either call them or if you have a store nearby, go there and they'll do it.
