Someone opened an Xfinity Mobile account and ordered 2 phones. I have been calling the fraud department for the last 4 days and waiting on hold for HOURS. I need this resolved.
I don't understand how complete strangers can "buy" cell phones and just put it on my account. Is there some kind of verification feature that can be added so this doesnt happen?!
