Thank you. I guess the subject didn't say it all. I meant how to get my comcast mobile number locked (by comcast) so it can't be ported out. I had it locked with verizon wireless before I switched last week to comcast. Thanks again 🙂
Good luck with that. I have been a victim of the SIM Swap attack with another carrier so when I came to XM, they have no idea what I was talking about. Hopefully you have been able to get this taken care of. If you have, will you update your post so I can know if I should call them back and try to put that lock on my number?
